We designed and built this 1,000-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath ADU to help our clients bring their aging parents home—creating a comfortable, private space where family can stay close. With 9-foot ceilings, a vaulted living room and kitchen, and a timber-frame awning accented with black hardware, this home blends accessibility, beauty, and function. Thoughtfully crafted for multi-generational living and aging in place, it’s the perfect balance of warmth, style, and independence.
