Prior to completing a bathroom remodel, we needed to fix a failing foundation. As with many homes in the Olympia area, this one was built long ago. Over time, the foundation crumbled, leaving the corner of the home 6 inches out of level. Using a system of jacks, we lifted and leveled the home, demolished the failing foundation, formed and poured a replacement foundation, and set the new home down.
