Mallard Project Dashboard is internal software used by Mallard Brothers Construction to plan and track its own construction projects. It is not available to the public and has no public sign-in. This page exists for our own staff and for Intuit’s records.
Opening the application
The application is reached at a private web address over an encrypted connection. Signing in requires a Google account belonging to a person Mallard Brothers Construction has authorised by name. There is no public sign-up and no guest access.
Connecting or reconnecting to QuickBooks
The QuickBooks connection is authorised once by a company owner and runs from our server on a read-only basis. If it lapses or is withdrawn, an owner reauthorises it. No action is needed from anyone else.
Disconnecting
The connection can be withdrawn at any time from the company’s Intuit account, under connected apps. Doing so stops the application reading any further QuickBooks data immediately. It does not delete records already stored in the application; those are removed by deleting the application’s own database.
